Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Four Circles Japan Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By accessing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
In case of any inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Article 1: Company Information

  1. The Service “Takayama Experience with Locals” is operated by Four Circles Japan Inc., located at 26 Kamisannomachi, Takayama, Gifu, Japan.

Article 2: Scope of Service

  1. The Service provides reservations and participation in local cultural experiences in Takayama.

  2. The Service does not provide accommodation or transportation arrangements.

  3. Interpreter-guide arrangements may be included when necessary.

Article 3: Reservations and Payment

  1. Reservations are completed when the Company sends a confirmation email to the user.

  2. Payment must be made via Square online payment or bank transfer.

  3. All fees include consumption tax (Japan VAT).

Article 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. 14 to 7 days prior: 50% cancellation fee

  2. 7 to 1 day prior: 70% cancellation fee

  3. The day before: 80% cancellation fee

  4. Same day or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

  5. In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoon, earthquake): Free cancellation with full refund
    Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Article 5: Minors

  1. Minors may use the Service only with the consent of their legal guardian.

Article 6: Photos and Videos

  1. Photos and videos taken during the experiences may be used by the Company for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures). Users who do not wish to appear must notify the Company in advance.

Article 7: Disclaimer

  1. The Company is not a party to the contract between the user and the local host, and shall not be responsible for accidents or damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  2. The Company shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure.

Article 8: Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

  1. Users represent and warrant that they are not members of organized crime groups or other anti-social forces.

  2. If a user is found to fall under such groups, the Company may cancel the contract without notice.

  3. Users violating this provision shall indemnify the Company for any damages.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

  2. In the event of a dispute, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance.

Article 10: Language

  1. These Terms are written in Japanese. In case of discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.

利用規約

はじめに
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、株式会社 Four Circles Japan（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスにアクセスし、利用する方は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（事業者情報）

本サービス「Takayama Experience with Locals」は、株式会社 Four Circles Japan（所在地：岐阜県高山市上三之町26）が運営します。

第2条（サービス内容）

  1. 本サービスは、高山市における地域住民による文化体験の予約・参加を提供します。

  2. 宿泊・交通の手配は行いません。

  3. 必要に応じて通訳ガイドの手配を行う場合があります。

第3条（予約・支払い）

  1. 当社が予約確認メールを送信した時点で契約が成立します。

  2. 代金の支払いは、Squareオンライン決済または銀行振込によります。

  3. 料金はすべて消費税込みで表示します。

第4条（キャンセル・返金）

  1. キャンセル料は以下のとおりとします。
    　- 14日前～7日前：料金の50%
    　- 7日前～前日：料金の70%
    　- 前日：料金の80%
    　- 当日または無断不参加：料金の100%

  2. 天災地変（台風・地震等）の場合は、無料キャンセルとします。

  3. 返金は原則として、決済に利用した方法で行います。

第5条（未成年者の利用）

未成年者は、法定代理人の同意を得た場合に限り利用できます。虚偽の申告により同意を得たと偽った場合は、その行為を取り消すことはできません。

第6条（写真・映像の利用）

体験中に撮影された写真・映像は、当社の広報・宣伝に利用される場合があります。利用を希望されない場合は事前に当社までご連絡ください。

第7条（免責事項）

  1. 本サービスでの契約は、利用者と体験提供者（ホスト）の間で成立するものであり、当社は契約当事者ではありません。利用中の事故・損害については、当社の故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

  2. 天候・自然災害その他不可抗力によりサービスが中止される場合、当社は責任を負いません。

第8条（反社会的勢力の排除）

  1. 利用者は、暴力団等の反社会的勢力に属さず、また関与しないことを保証します。

  2. 利用者が本条に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なく契約を解除し、サービス利用を停止することができます。

  3. 当該違反により当社に損害が生じた場合、利用者はこれを賠償する責任を負います。

第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

  1. 本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

  2. 本規約に関連して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第10条（言語）

本規約は日本語を正文とし、英語その他の翻訳と日本語版に齟齬がある場合は、日本語版が優先されます。
