Four Circles Japan Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") sets forth the following Global Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information in connection with the services operated under the brand “Takayama Experience with Locals” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”).
This Policy applies to all users who make reservations, participate in experiences, or otherwise use the Service, regardless of their country of residence.
In case of any inconsistency between this Global Privacy Policy and the privacy laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, the local privacy laws shall prevail.

個人情報は、本人確認、予約管理、決済処理、通訳ガイドや体験提供者との調整、緊急時の連絡、広報活動（SNS等）、サービス改善、法令対応、統計分析のために利用します。

  • Local hosts and interpreter-guides (only as necessary for the Service)

当社は、体験提供者・通訳ガイド、広告配信事業者（Google, Meta等）、行政機関、事業承継先、利用者の同意を得た第三者に対して、必要な範囲で個人情報を提供する場合があります。
